Client not patching error [30413] [10009] [10019]

This error keeps popping up whenever I try to patch and I don't know what to do. I have restarted computer, restarted modem/router, and in the end even reinstalled whole client again, but i still get this error. Is there any fix to this, I also just resubbed today and really sucks I'm already wasting my game time because of this.

Something is blocking your communication to the patch server. Check your local security logs to make sure there isn't an exception being logged when you are launching and trying to update. It may not be something local either--could be something on the other side of the modem mistakingly blocking the content as suspicious traffic. Could try a free trial of a VPN service to see if it bypasses such shaping. Keep in mind that the free trial may not provide enough access for a large patch (some limit to 500MB or just a few hours at a time)--this would be more to test if you regain connectivity after encrypting the data through the tunnel, which would indicate your ISP or one of their routing partners may be filtering the traffic and causing the problem.

That's exactly what the problem is. Someone is cockblocking you to the server, just like goram Sega IPBlocking everyone outside of japan for playin PSO2 and get the same error code.

im having the very same issue. Have not been able to d/l for 6hrs now.

I have this problem every single update. My download speed starts high them drops to 0 and this error pops up.
After spending a good few hours to a day of retrying to update its sometimes works. I can only download a small amount each time before this error pops.
It made me quit the game last year and I've only just come back.......still getting this error!
~ I can only suggest keep trying to update until it eventually does, maybe off peak times will work best?

Update: So I've sat here clicking update. xxxxMB / xxxxMB Downloading. When the download stops I click cancel and try again since this seems to be when the mps drops and causes the error.
I'm getting it updated bit by bit, just very time consuming and very annoying.

Getting this error as well. Tried logging a ticket but getting no response either. Very frustrating not to be able to play... Was hoping to start into new dungeons with friends when I could login after work but now they've had to go on without me.

EDIT: Started playing Diablo 3 and amazingly 10mins later the patch started to download. Coincidence??? Or SE keeping me away from that other game!
