    The mask is actually one belonging to Mistbeard. So, I am curious as to how it's obtained.

    Back when they showed the current set of new eyewear the Sable Death Mask was also shown along with them and that ends up being a quest reward and not a crafted item.

    It was shown as part of the glasses presentation during a live letter, not as a new crafting recipe.
