Can you please enable us to co-own a property?
It just makes sense.
Sure, it's called private, but you implemented them into the same community wards as FC's.
I'd like to be able to share my house with my friends or loved ones.

Wouldn't simply create a FC with your friends or loved ones end up allowing you to do exactly that ? Barring meeting the requirements of reaching FC Rank 6 of course.
Problem is need to level an FC for that which can take weeks even for a lively medium sized group. Can only imagine the length of time needed if it was 2 people (couples) or a tight nit small group.
Yeah, that's why I added it in an edit. LOL
But seeing as there probably aren't plots available (at S-sized ones) on his server for now, he might as well do that. By the time his FC reaches Rank 6 or whatever the requirement is, he'd also have time to save up ?
I ranked up a free company to level 6 in less then a day and a half. It's not difficult to do at all. This was solo by the way.

Sorry but I'm with this guy. You want a small FC and also a larger FC it sounds like. Why not just make a LS, pool your money together and buy a lot that is opened to everyone?
Sorry, but that just makes you oblivious.
People want to co-own because it reduces the burden of saving on an individual character and spreads it across 2 or more, and if i split the cost of a small house, why the hell shouldn't i be able to use the garden and stables it provides.
Also: Medium and Large plots should not be able to be owned by single individuals, they should be shared by multiple individuals and FC only.

Ah yes, I better be honest. I suppose I'm not as sensible as others because I have my own house, that being said, one of my "Neighbors" (read: People in Ward 6 of the Lavender Beds on Gilgamesh server) has his/her private mansion.
Quite honestly, I wouldn't know what to do with this much space. >.>
I don't think it makes him or me oblivious though. Basically, it's asking to be able to have more than one "FC" and remove the Rank 6 requirement. No matter what SE does, there will be a limit on housing space. At one point you have to draw the line. Not always fair I know, but it's not like I can't allow my friends to visit my private house either.
Sorry, but that makes you oblivious to what the OP is saying. They want to share a home, period. It doesn't matter the cost or the size. People don't want to share just because they want to split costs, that's just an assumption you've made. Sharing is sharing. This could be solved by letting people set privileges for people on their friend list, for example.Sorry, but that just makes you oblivious.

Also, you've given no justification for people not being allowed to own their own large or medium sized homes, which makes sense, seeing as there is none.
Whoever said i was piggy backing off the OP?, its called a discussion topic for a reason, people put forth idea's and make others who are lessinformed become more so.
I stand by my stance: Medium and large houses should not be obtainable by individuals.
Sharing is sharing is not sharing. blahbydahblahblah.People don't want to share just because they want to split costs, that's just an assumption you've made. Sharing is sharing. This could be solved by letting people set privileges for people on their friend list, for example.
The system you suggest would give one person full control over the estate, if said person had taken gil from any of the others to purchase said estate then all persons should be on the estate deed so control would never be fully in the hands of a singular persons, preventing them from screwing the other parties out of hard earned gil.
There are rules and regulations that come to mind regarding the distribution of living spaces in the real world when it comes to singular persons and small groups owning houses larger then they will ever need. Also, you've given no justification for people not being allowed to own their own large or medium sized homes, which makes sense, seeing as there is none.
There is no need for a greedy lalafel, fat on his own extortions to own a mansion or house when fc's consisting of many peoples are already feeling the constraints of small cottages.
If the server is posing such a constraint on plot availability, then individuals should be limited in what they can obtain.
