Tips for T9 phase 3

My group has blm brd drg mnk and we always skip the second ghost. Our dps were not as well geared overall as your group when we first cleared. With 5 will geared dps this should be easy for your group.

We have both melee stay on Nael. Blm will double flare ghost and Nael then mage lb3. Bard will battle voice foe, put dots on both. He will dps Nael until 65% then switch to boss. (I think he could switch at 70% but he insists.) All procs from ranged should go on the Nael. We have pld OT in strength acc and he will switch to sword oath when lb goes off. He can dps either the ghost or Nael depending on what we need. Misery's end ghost by bard/melee/tanks if it still isn't dead after lb3. Scholar can put up dots on Nael if MT uses a minor CD for claws.

Pots must be used. This goes without saying. I make all my dps, tanks, and dps scholar pop them even when we were wiping 100 times a night in progression. Tell your group to suck it up and use them.
