Only have the casters or two 2 range dps on the ghost and limit break it with the caster LB along with Nael. Pull them close together right when it spawns so foe requiem will be on both. The majority of your dps want to be on Nael. It's best not to have a bard waste their burst on the ghost. They should stay on Nael. Everybody should have all their buffs for heavens fall and preferably use x-potions of the strength/intelligence/dexterity along with their cooldowns. With this strategy, you can have Nael down to 50% before the second heavens fall comes down. You just need 46% to skip the second ghost. You only need to weaken the ghost to around 60% for the caster LB to finish it off. It's a waste to melee limit the ghost. The casters should be able to whittle it down to 60% in about 20 seconds.
