Indeed, 'Vous' used in this context is a polite version of Tu, used mostly to strangers or being formal. 'Tu' is more personal, used with friends. In this case, it could very well be Teledji looking down on Nanamo (due to her limited power).

The 'Vous' could just mean that Alisae is present during the scene with Louisoix, and so refering to both her and the player. Vous is the plural of Tu.

I feel english is gypped right now, the other languages sound cooler and less obtuse.

• Teledji will attempt to assassinate Nanamo, prolly hiring Ninjas/Rouges to so the dirty deed (who Raubahn will notice, hence his quote)
• Shiva will either try to help the PCs or go on a tempering spree and subjugate Eorzea
• Louisoux will in a moment of lucidity (probably after or before a boss) tell all he knows of Bahamut and the Calamity since his death
• Bahamut will either disperse into the Aether or break free of the coil again, either way he'll become a threat best saved for later
• The Ascians will be outed as the Men behind Teledji (because Ul'Dah's corruption would make it an easy target, especially if the sultana is dead, triggering a succession crisis, That and having Omega will make it easy to repeat the Ultima spell) and Iceheart/Shiva (because they have been behind the primals summonings by teaching the beastmen (and Ala Mhighan refugees) how to summon this far)

Most of the german version is same with the French and English version, but there are some differences i could hear on Louisoix and Raubahn parts.

Louisoix:
Dieser Weg fuehrt dich zum letzten Verteilungsshiff (?) - i dont use german client so i dont know this term
Geh auf das Bahamut's bedrohlicher Schatten von unsere Seelen genommen werde

Translation:
This path leads you to the last something ship -> maybe internment hulk
Go so that Bahamut's menacing shadow is removed from our Souls

Raubahn: Eines Tages werde ich Ul'dah von euch befreien

Translation: One day I will free Ul'dah from you

As i mentioned rest of the mono/dialog is same with the at least one of the other languages.

Just for a quick correction ^^.

Also the vous means plural or respect ( someone you respect or someone you don't know well ) so I don't think it's really because he respects the player but more a simple plural.

My personal theory about IceHeart is that she is going to use her body as a vessel for Shiva and therefor control her, she seems to be willing to bend gods to her will to get free from Ishgard ( And it's a recurring theme in FF ) and Shiva is a summoning that usually don't have bodies ( cf. FFX or VIII as an example where she uses ice to make a body )
