The English is already hard to hear in places. I'll be trying to record that first and then begin on the Japanese. If our friends learned of French and German might come forward that we might begin anew with Trailer 2.4 as we did with Trailer 2.3, let us loremongers try to discover all that we might...

(It looks like he's in an empty room, so he's addressing spies/eavesdroppers of the republic.)

Yshtola:あら、イダに知り合いがいたなんて意外ね。
Oh? You(Ida) have connections/know people? That's surprising.
(This is hard without context.)

Minfilia:あなたも聞いたことがあるはずよ、星の意思、ハイデリンの（muffled）
I'm sure you've heard (of?), Hydalyn, the essense of the planet.

Teledji:ナナモ陛下か。あの方には最後まで女王でいてもらわねば、困るからな。
Her majesty, nanamo?
It would trouble us if she doesn't remain the queen until the very end.
(Nanamo is being addressed in the 3rd person. He's talking to someone else. Probably plotting.)

Shiva:我を救い、祈るべき神がいないなら、聖女にこそ、この祈りを捧げよう！
If there is no god that can save us or answer our prayers, then give those prayers to the holy maiden!
(I'm assuming she's referring to herself when she says 聖女, but I haven't done the 2.3 quests yet)

The French version:

Iceheart:
Tu n'aurais jamais dû venir ici, guerrier de la lumière.

Translation:
