    Stupid(?) Question about PLD Novus

    Getting close to my Novus, thinking about stats. Checked on a few of the PLD Novus threads.

    I'm curious why skillspeed is rated so low by everyone - both in BiS gear and on the Novus. I do get the idea of hit hard, hit once. But isn't SKS also going to make effective enmity generation easier in much the way det/crit builds are, but via faster rotation through enmity generating abilities? Isn't it also going to make it easier to ensure I have Shield Bash when I need it and I'm not stuck on GCD (seems to happen a lil' bit at the moment, could just be I'm not pro PLD yet but there are lag elements to this as well).

    I'm leaning towards det/sks/acc on my Novus. Why would this be 'wrong' in the common forum minmaxing wisdom?
