Nevermind. Not two hours later and they've a couple of sign-boards up now. Also checking my e-mail would have helped as it has a map showing the room. :/

That's the pool area itself, right? At least that's the e-mail as I read it. Or at least the reception will be (6PM-9PM), but what about registration?

Checked the schedule. 9AM to 10PM is registration (all day) tomorrow. Unfortunately it isn't saying WHERE it's doing it.

If there's nothing at the pool to register, I would check the pavilion since that's where the event is being set up in. The map in the email had a maker on that spot.

I think the pool entrance might just be telling you the closest main entrance. The pavilion area seems to have a dedicated area for ticket takers of any event.
