    How to remove soft safe token if my smartphone lost?

    I know my emergency removal code,but when I tried to remove it on the official site,it still needs serial number and one-time password.If I had lost my phone,how should I know these?

    When you go to the Square Enix Account log in page you don't actually try to log in right above the forgot password icon is a link that says "how to remove the software token from your account" you click on that and it takes you to the page where you enter your square Enix ID, password, and the emergency code to remove the software from your account.
