Multi-Class User LF New Static

Looking for a new ORGANISED static.

I work 40 hours a week, meaning I'm usually not on until about 7:30pm Server Time UNLESS I have a late shift, then I can't get on, however I can raid till as late as Midnight (Server Time / UTC+0 / GMT+0 ). These shifts ROTATE and are subject to swaps with other colleagues at work, henceforth I need a team that's willing to rotate days if necessary. Weekends I'll usually be free, though. My shifts are on 6 week rotas so I would be able to plan out raids in advance unless I need to swap shifts on short notice.

I'm a fast learner and I'm willing to give it all I got, after all it's all I can give. I learn faster in practice than by reading up the strategies. Open to voice communication software use and open to switching classes as required.

I CAN join your Free Company if that's really necessary, however would rather avoid this.
I CAN raid multiple times a week (if it doesn't clash with my work schedule).
