Eorzea's Voice: Minionated Opinions

As of recently (and due to some delay), the recent Eorzea's Voice article has been released (found on Gamer Escape: http://gamerescape.com/2014/10/10/eo...ce-that-i-get/), and now the time has come to gather a new array of opinions. Minions, minions, minions!

I would like to write about minions for this next article. For those interested in participating, there are a few questions to consider when responding: What is your favorite minion? What minion would you like to see in the future? What reactions would you like to see when you emote a minion? What would you like to see for SE to implement for minions?

Share your thoughts! I won't be able to accept all opinions, but I certainly would love to know opinions!

My favourite is definitely the Wind-up Dalamud, because of it's rarity (in a few months, it will be completely unattainable). :3 Nothing like having the lesser moon follow you around.

As for one I'd like to see, it should go without saying but SE must add a mini Wandering Minstrel minion, especially if it's like this - I'm surprised this hasn't been done yet.

I'd love to see more minions we could sit on. Throne minion, maybe? If the devs want to get crazy, how about a foamy cup minion that your character holds?

As far as responses to emotes go... it would be cool if minions do some little jump for joy when getting a positive emote and maybe slump sadly upon getting a negative emote.

Minions, eh? You're speaking my language. My Free Company is the Quetzal Coterie, and our emblem depicts a songbird, so naturally once I saw the bluebird minion it had to be mine! As luck would have it, one of our members got one from his very first peisteskin map and graciously bequeathed it to me. That's how we gained a proper mascot! I'm also quite partial to the standard model mammet, but if I could make one modification, I'd have one carry the standard of our Free Company.

Of the minions I have, the Wide-Eyed Fawn and Wind-Up Succubus are my favs. Honestly, there could never be enough minions.

I'd like to see a Golden Fleece minion. I like the idea of a wider variety of mammet minions. Also think it would be cool to have more wind-up minions of characters from other FF games, maybe that you get from an event. Maybe now different colored Chocobo Chicks. :P

Mmm... don't have to pick a favorite per se... can pick some that you'd like. Just overall what you think of the system or what do you like. It's just a question to consider when answering.

For example, I don't have a favorite either. But I do love my Bahamut Minion and I do love Dalamud Minion... I love them all, to be honest! But if anything, I want that Nutkin! It's just too cute and I swear, if I ever earned enough gil for one, I'd be happy going broke for it.
