    World Transfer Cost?

    Wasn't sure where to post this, so I thought here would be the best place. Anyway, I can't find this information god damn anywhere, and I can't check myself since my sub has lapsed, but what's the cost for a world transfer in GBP (£)?

    I was just looking into this last night. I can't find where I read it, but it's $18, if I'm not mistaken.

    Awesome, thank you both. Do either of you (or anyone else) know the exact price, though? I'm only wary because the last few times I've bought something in dollars, it's ended up being a few £ more than the original estimate.

    Thanks.

    That depends. IF you buy something in dollar and your real country currency isn't dollar, your credit card can work in one of two forms:
    - Gets the currency exchange rate of the day and apply it on purchase;
    - Keeps in dollar and the day you pay your bill will be the one that they will take the exchange rate and apply (so if goes more or less than what the bill estimate says, it will be added/deducted on next bill);

    That's why is never a fixed exchange price.

    Right, got it. I reckon my bank card will probably work the former of those two ways, which I think is probably what's messed with my previous orders too. Thank you for your help! I'll make sure I have a leeway of a few £ then.

    I wish SE would just get a fixed price for currencies other than USD, though. IMO it's incredibly silly to offer the game to multiple different regions and only give prices in one currency.
