No Gear Drops from Expert Roulette?

I wonder why they even bothered putting actual stats on the dungeon gear. By the time most people get a drop they are looking for, let alone a complete set, they are able to buy Myth/Soldiery gear with the tomes earned from running the dungeons. The gear in there is purely for glamour.

Actually, I've been running Stone Vigil HM to get gear for one of my retainers to push him above i80 so he'll get some rare items from quick ventures. So I do technically need the stats, or at least the ilvl, to work with. Then there are others who wish to gear up their alternate jobs to keep them up to par with their main.

You'd have an easier time running T1-5 for gear.

Not solo, I don't. Have you ever tried running T5 through DF? It's a freaking nightmare.

I have. And like I said, it's much easier to run t1-5 or gear retainers in myth gear. I'm not sure what classes your retainers have but easily geared past ilvl 80 using CT1/2, Coil and myth gear. In that timespan, I've seen 1 one of the MNK bodies from current dungeons.
