    Steam Wallet Transaction Issues on the Mog Station (Oct. 16)

    We have identified an issue on the Mog Station wherein customers, whose Steam account region is set to Canada, are experiencing errors with Steam Wallet transactions.

    The issue started on October 7, 2014 as a result of the settlement currency being changed from US Dollar (USD) to Canadian Dollar (CAD) and we are currently working to address this, but some time will be needed to implement a fix. We will follow up on this announcement as soon as the issue is resolved.

    Recovery from Steam Wallet Transaction Issues on the Mog Station (Oct. 30, 31)

    There was an issue starting around October 7, 2014 in which customers whose Steam account region was set to Canada were experiencing errors with Steam Wallet transactions.

    We are happy to announce that the issue has been addressed and recovery completed around 8:35 p.m. (PDT) on October 30, 2014 / 3:35 (GMT) on October 31, 2014. The service can currently be used as normal.
