Tomestone Mementos

Hey folks!

So this is just a fun little thing I was wondering we could have.

As you well know, Allagan Tomestones of Philosophy are disappearing from the game and Allagan Tomestones of Mythology will no longer be acquired.

I was just wondering if there could be a special "Allagan Tomestone Memento" to mark the milestone of each passing tomestone used, and these mementos could be furniture pieces which could be placed on walls like trophies. Not necessarily large, mind you, but it would be fun to collect. First would be the "Memento of Allagan Philosophy" to mark the passing of the most recent tomestone departure. And as more and more Allagan Tomestones become obsolete, more mementos could become available. Once Mythology cycles out, we could have a "Memento of Allagan Mythology" furniture piece, same with Soldiery.



They could either be attained through purchasing them from Rowena for the more recent Allagan Tomestones (as all of the Philosophy is gone, they would end up being quite rare, and sold back to adventurers for a "profit") or they could drop from classic dungeons that originally dropped Philosophy tomestones. Either way, they wouldn't ever really disappear forever.

They could also have homages to the most powerful bosses that were fought to acquire them appearing as a small hologram emitting from them, kinda like a work of art that glows with the color of the tomestone, like such:

Memento of Allagan Philosophy: Turquoise projection of the Ultima Weapon.
Memento of Allagan Mythology: Turquoise projection of Twintania.
Memento of Allagan Soldiery: Crimson projection of Nael Deus Darnus.

The old currency does have some importance to the game's history. Why the heck not have a little memento of all of the philo everyone has relentlessly farmed sitting on one's wall as a memory to what was?

Yeah it is kinda odd if Eorzea just forgets currency.. on Earth we know about currency used a very long time ago and have them in museums and stuff.
