MNK ilvl98 and rising

Haven't had the chance to get near T9, every static I have tried has died too quickly. I am a fast learner and committed to clearing end game content. If you want to give me a chance I would appreciate it, I just want to do raids for the challenge (that's where the enjoyment is) but can't find a static.
