    Emails don't reach

    My IP has changed recently.
    I've changed my Internet provider, and thus, received a new IP.
    Since then, i can't login to my main account, because it says there was some "suspicious activity". It tells me to check email in order to lift the restrictions, but all of my inbox, spam, etc folders are empty. I've tried to login several times, to request a password reset - and no luck.

    My main account is bound to an email address in @mail.ru domain. I post this from a different account, which is bound to @gmail.com domain (and suddenly - there was no suspicious activity at all).

    I've tried to contact tech support directly through a form they provide.

    I've specified a @gmail.com email as contact email address, just in case. But still, both my inboxes are empty for 2 days already.

    3 weeks ago, when i registered and bought the game, emails reached me just fine. And now it's complete silence. My subscription time is ticking, and it kinda sucks.

    What should i do?

    It will be faster to just call them if you can. The last time I tried sending a request using the online form, I waited 2 weeks for a reply that went pretty much along the lines of "Sorry we can't do shit about it, please try again."

    Thank goodness I decided to make the call the same night I sent the request. It got fixed immediately.

    I just can't find any phone numbers on their tech support site. There is only one option to contact them, through email support. Is there something i've missed? I'd gladly contact them directly if only i knew how.

    By the way, they did answer me to @gmail.com email. And just like you said, it was all about "Sorry we can't do shit".
    They offered me to purchase a Security Token to prevent login restriction. But in order to purchase that token, i have to login first. And i can't do that, because they've put a login restriction.

    Hey, glad I "helped" lol!

    They don't post their contact numbers on their site. Guessing they don't want people spamming their lines. Try searching on reddit, those guys there can probably help.

    Their login function to remove authenticator is quite dumb as well. You have to be able to log in to remove it, but if your authenticator gets messed up cos of phone updates etc, you're stuck.

    Unless you paid attention to the webpage when adding the authenticator and wrote down the emergency removal code
