Forum Usage and ToS Feedback

ATTN: Mods/Devs:

I would like to give critical feedback regarding the forum use and game policy/rules.

A week or two ago I created a post with the intention of selling my In-Game house. Several days later, I received an email claiming had violated the forum policy and my account was flagged.

The email contained links to FFXI and some general FFXIV game policy.

The FFXI link is obviously a typo as it is irrelevant to FFXIV. Furthermore, after reading the ToS there was no information against selling in game items for in-game currency.

After looking over the forums for forum specific rules I found nothing linking to it and had to google search for it. The forum rules can only be found in the support center area of the webpage.

Ok, I get that...but isn't the dev team implementing the sale of housing in the future anyway? If so how will we be able to sell our houses if not via the message board or spamming zones?

TL;DR:
1) The email needs to be fixed, it's linking to FFXI's policy.
2) The Forum rules should be easier to find and on relevant pages
3) If we can't use the forum then we need somewhere we can buy/sell/trade in game items and services outside of the market board. The market board is good for 99% of stuff, but in cases of selling services (help with quests, primal runs, melding, crafting, eventually repairing) there is lack. This could be something as simple as an additional option in party finder ("services") or a trade chat.
