So while doing my 2nd atma hellgrind I was thinking, what if FATE monsters dropped no items , first of all to discourage those guys who do nothing but try and tag EVERYTHING to get the xp and items for themselves, you know who you are >;(

So instead when you finish a FATE, everyone who participated receives 6-10 items that would normally drop from that type of monsters, so as long as you get gold rating you'll get an equal share of spoils. But you might also get a piece of aetherial armor or weapon that can help poor players out a bit while leveling or be turned in for extra seals.

But there is also a ~2% chance for them to drop a small materia bag, with 2-3 level appropriate pieces of materia (which could also be IV too in 45+ level FATES if you're lucky).

Well just a few small ideas that could help spice FATE farming up a bit, there's many ways to make it more interesting for leveling and atma grinding. ^^
