Sounds to me like some people just want the top tier pvp equipment without putting in the effort to earn gear which (love it or hate it) is very unique and distinctive, and if it weren't so they wouldn't want it. The problem isn't that the amount of exp needed to hit rank 38 for suit/40 for weapons is excessive- the problem is that players often have to wait too long in queue for each FL match. A lot of players have been conditioned to accept the long queues for various content but it's just not normal. Imagine playing tennis or something with a friend where after every set (of which there are several in a match) you had to drive for 45 min to a different tennis court, play another set, drive another 45 min, etc you would not accept that.

I look forward to playing this game after work, I want to actually be able to PLAY THE GAME, not WAIT TO PLAY THE GAME. We shouldn't just accept that because queues are long they should put the gear on fire sale and dilute the accomplishments of all those who got it up until then– they need to fix queueing so more instances are running and the people can do what they actually want- play the game, not kill time waiting and settling for doing an activity that's secondary to what they wanted.

Keep the rewards where they are, and adjust the system so that people can actually invest the effort in earning the rewards without all the wasted time waiting. Someone who's only goal is in doing pvp to get the best pvp gear, and then plans to quit when they have it doesn't deserve to wear that gear anyway.

Fix the queues, don't cheapen the accomplishments of those who did work through this.
