FFXIV crash/stop responding on exit

Just chiming in to say I've been getting the exact same error recently. Been running this game for months without any issues until now.

Notable Details:

• I'm also running Windows 8.1 (x64 Pro)
  
• Is this linked to the October Windows Updates? That was a while ago and I haven't seen the crashes till this week. It's the only change I can think of besides the recent FFXIV hotfixes.
  
• Literally a day before the All Saints' Wake event started I was still playing just fine (5 hours of uptime). Could some of the event or associated resources trigger the problem?
  
• How to Reproduce the Crash: Always seems to happen if I'm zoning to somewhere or if I'm exiting the game. Feels like a loading glitch with the client.

Nothing else on my system has been causing any issues. Should this be flagged for SE to check?


EDIT: Here's a brief system rundown if required:

• Windows 8.1 x64 (latest updates)
• Intel i7 4930k CPU (3.40 ghz)
• 16 GB RAM
• Nvidia GTX 580 (latest drivers)
• Similar error/crash message that Eunys got (earlier in the thread)
