Probably shouldn't jump on someone for not reading then quote a comment that you can't even clearly comprehend.I swear do people even read the posts before they reply or just the titles? Cause your solution basically quoted the OP without adding "And now they suddenly don't accept it".
As for the OP sorry to hear that, maybe you can find a way using the suggestions others have laid out.

If you're 18 you should have a credit card, having a responsible credit card history is a major plus in life.
Other then that I can't help much ...

While I agree with you, we do not know his/her economic situation or preferences; and this doesn't offer any alternative to the problem. <.<
You may find this thread useful. It was on the front page.

I get it. You're annoyed, but this was uncalled for and unlikely. It's unlikely all those people payed this way making it obviously the reason they quit. It being near the end of a 6 month cycle a month before patch has nothing to do with that. Nor the fact this is exactly how 2.1 felt right before 2.2. You're right though. It must be due to this obscure pay method.

Xystic, PaySafe is likely not an option allowed via the standard payment system. It says it can be used for online shopping and such, so my bet is that, similar to PayPal, it was in fact Ultimate that was the intermediary between that card and SE, not SE's GlobalPay (the service they still have). As such, again, it's not SE's fault. Ultimate decided to shutter that end of the business and focus elsewhere. SE doesn't process any of its own payments, they've always contracted that out.
Sadly, OP, you'll have to locate a way to pay otherwise. I know they do not accept prepaid cards, mainly because there's no accountability for a shortage of funds typically. Most of the time, due to their low value, the expense of sending someone into collections for the amount owing is far more costly than simply not doing business with them. In time, SE might find another provider that does deal in other payment methods, but offhand, I can't think of another global provider.
Should read the other thread about payment options...Greetings,
We understand the frustration that the removal of the PlaySpan, and by extension PayPal, billing option is having on customers that relied on it for paying for subscription fees or for the optional services like retainers.
We are currently working on implementing a PayPal payment option and we hope to have this up and running soon. In the meantime, if you do encounter errors when attempting to register your credit card, please contact our Support Center for assistance.

You should be able to apply for a visa debit card from your bank. I don't have a credit card but I went to my bank and they gave me a debit card with Visa on it so that I could use it for internet transactions.

What happened to all the third party payment options? The time card happened. Ever since 1.# Square has had nothing but headaches from the third party payment options, from companies refusing to not charge currency conversion fees to hidden handling fees. Square absolutely hates forcing people to pay for fees that have nothing to do with their services. This is why they dropped some services during 1.# and is likely why they are dropping more now. Yes, the time cards are a flat fee that ignores the existence of the payment plans, but that's the cost of convenience as the time cards are literally time added and not direct extensions to the billing date. Now, Square still sells crysta that you can use to pay for your subscription, but that probably isn't what you're looking for. As some have suggested, you could try getting a prepaid card that has the backing of a credit company, but your mileage may vary on that.
Because many are about to spend $20 for a live stream.

PayPal should be available since day one for every MMO.
