"Shaking Name Issue" has not been fixed

I just wanted to bring this to the attention of the devs in case they weren't aware. I recall that in a patch some time ago, one of the issues that was claimed to have been addressed was the frequent shaking of ones name that would frequently occur (it seemed to happen the most while walking up and down hills, stairs, etc.). Although it may not happen quite as often, I still have this issue very frequently. Just thought I'd make a post to make sure it was still a known issue.

Agreed, was fixed some time ago, but seems been ninja-removed

If you pay attention, it's not just the name that shakes, it's the entire character. And yes, it looks bad.
