That is what you say, but I'm not quite clear what you meant to say there. How do your address and country not match up? Does the address on your credit card not match the address on your square enix account? If so, then why not simply change the square enix account to match your credit card info.When I moved from Canada to the US, I wanted to continue playing FFXIV, and perhaps even return to FFXI for a bit. Today, I found that would not happen. Sadly, when they attempt to charge my card next, my address and country won't match up. And why?
Well, there really is no reason why.
You can do so through the mog station > square enix account settings > update account information > update detailed information.
I believe the changes you make in your square enix account management there even apply to your FF XI game account.
Or is there something completely different forming the problem?
