20$ for the live strem?

I bought it. It's very cheap if you think about it.

You get to see pretty much everything that people are going in person to see, all without air fare, hotels, rentals, food. I know the experience itself is fun, but to get the bonus they get, for a fraction of the cost is a steal.

Compared to Blizzard's Virtual Ticket price, this is actually pretty cheap. If you don't want to shell out 20$ for a HD Stream where you get more content to watch, good news for you as there is a free one!

But it's funnier to take a jab at Square Enix and try an attempt at cleverness when one doesn't understand that an event such as this costs money and that streaming it in HD isn't done by magic, isn't ?

I hope it will be in English. I will gladly paid the $20 if it is. Hope it not like one of those live letters where they expect everyone to know Japanese and know what they are talking. They really need hired an English Translator already, especially for their live letters. English is a world wide language.

I would gladly paid or even paid more if the livestream have English Subtitle for translation. Do they expect everyone to speak Japanese or the stream is focus more at Japanese audiance or something? Game is releasing to many country including NA, stop making everything in Japanese and expect everyone to cave in and watch it.

Wouldn't hurt to hired a translator already for the English audience because English language is world wide. Same go for all the live letters they do. They keep expecting someone will just come a long and translate for them.

It'll be live translated into english since this is the NA broadcast and the live stream is hosted by Bayohne and someone else. And yes that will also be in english. They don't expect everyone to understand Japanese at a North American event, just Yoshi-P's translator lol.

$20 seems perfect to me.

They could have gated a lot more of the content behind this price, but they didn't. It's really very optional and I applaud them for that. Those who decide it isn't worth it will just miss out on a couple ceremonies and an arguably ugly Moogle outfit. Those who do will get a tiny bit more content and will be able to see it more clearly, while helping to support FFXIV.

Honestly $20 is not to bad, and its optional, most of the main stuff is free.

Includes the opening keynote by Producer/Director Naoki Yoshida -These 2 events probably don't have any info about the actual game, just performance or what not.
Includes the closing ceremonies event

A code for the Moogle Attire bonus item - Main reason i'm buying the stream, its just a vanity costume, that doesn't affect the game.

Access to the archived footage until March 31, 2015 - Will be available on other streaming sites probably.
