Solo Warrior in Turn 9 PUGs.

Is anyone else having a annoying time convincing party leaders to accept a single Warrior in their Turn 9 clears? Lately it's been increasingly harder to find a group on my alt, which is 105 and mostly BiS. It's also started happening just these last couple weeks. Has their been posts lately complaining about Warriors or something? I'm honestly confused ?_?

Peiple still hold on to the idea that spawned in 2.0 that war can't single tank stuff cuz their CD suck. It's just miss information. Hallowed ground is the only edge pld has for this kinda stuff. But pld is a little more fool proof (war has to really know their timings and rotations in t9. Pld can read a guide "hit x CD at Y time while spamming 123"). And to be fair, pugs aim for cookie cutter foolproof cuz it's a pug and they are already at a disadvantage.

Even in my static it took a couple weeks to get our healers open to the idea of WAR solo tanking. Now they love it.

The problem is less about WAR and more about PLD being better suited to hide the fact that most PUG healers are awful.

Yea people still have this dumb thought in their head that paladin can tank better. Warriors just take a lot more skill. They both are equally effective when played correctly. I guess another big problem is that too many warriors are bad and tank like they are paladins which is very unfortunate.

We solo WAR t9..goes just fine..I don't think I give him enough appreciation after reading this ^.^

I heal T9 all the time. I know when big damage is on the way.

I have a 103 WAR so I can time my cool downs just right. Now I have to worry about the healers knowing when to throw proper Aldo's and stoneskins.

I would solo WAR T9 if i had a 110+ weapon to my name. Just gotta stick w/ the High Allagan Blade for now, though.

My first clear was with a solo war tank (cause I couldn't find a static that needed a tank rep On the flip side I got my HA bow )
