I'm honestly not sure whether or not this has been posted already, but I've just seen this. I know some people think 2.4 is coming out in early/middle November, but just seen this SS. Does this pretty much confirm it's coming out in October?

Considering that they don't have a precise date, then it could still be postponed. ( Remember the problem they had that made them lose 1 week of work once ?)
Depending on how recent is that, there might be no delays.
Though I'm curious, are they launching the game in Korea? It seems like the first row is JP/NA/EU, the second is China and the third is... Korea?
That's Hangul, the Korean written language. Where did this image come from?
Also:
중국 = China (middle section of above)
한국 = Korea (bottom section)
The top though.. I'm not sure. It's definitely not Japan (일본).

Depending on how old that thing is. SE has announced that they will released more information on 2.4 on Oct 23 (about patch 2.4) and 27 (ninja stuffz)
It's in JP but source:

My guess is the patch will be after those dates, the earliest being the weekly reset on the 28th, since they usually update then, but may well roll into Nov.
Yeah looks like it will be Oct 28th.
2 weeks to go D:
