Had a fellow WHM do that in Ruda ex....was not pleasant. A ilvl100 WHM, thinking that Medica II was essential as a blanket buff like Protect. x_X

Tanks that use sword oath to tank and refuse to swap to shield oath.

I see that tank do that, I go two ways. Either I Cleric Stance and heal. Hey, if they want to tank sub-par, I'll heal sub-par. Or, I just let them die. If you're gonna make my role harder (keeping you alive), then I'll make your role harder (staying alive).

Lets pull the boss before the WHM has the chance to get MP back.

Just stand outside. If they are tunnel-visioned enough to not see your MP, they deserve a death or two.

Tanks, remember one thing. You may be setting the pace for the dungeon, but your healer is carrying you through the dungeon. Treat them with some more respect, and we'll value you as well.

Ive had a few tanks that pull bosses while I'm AFK. The other day I was in HM hard and before we started the fight I typed "AFK bathroom", MNK said "ok" went away, came back to see the tank and BLM in the boss room getting their asses handed to them, the MNK being sensible stood outside the room with me...Reading chat is also a must.
