Yes! I too demand that spells be reverted to what spells in the Final Fantasy universe originally were!

Fire should be FIRE but every level higher should be like: FIR2, FIR3
Lightning should be LIT, So LIT, LIT2
Blizzard should be ICE.
Cure should go CURE, CUR2, CUR3.

They gave an answer for why they're named the way they are back during the beta. Something about making it easier for English speakers to understand.

I was more concerned at the post when they said that it'll confused players if they put that in there instead, meanwhile
the other languages have it. I just purposed an option. Everyone loves options but yeah I guess let's Macro it derp.

I'm sorry but you do realize the person you quoted is complaining about the response given not just the decision to keep the naming convention as I II III right?
