Rank 20 makes no sense, cause you can easily hit that in less than 2h...

Like the idea, but for me it has to be atleast Rank 40+. (Rank 50 would be like the old level 30 FFXI IMO)

class uniqueness and specialistations can easily be archieved with passive traits.
