    Nevermind, we figured it out. He had to go to the areas where he found the gear in the previous quest and was able to obtain them again.

    This, this is good valuable information that we should keep on hand if anyone has this issue again..

    And for everyone saying "Check the Calamity Salvager" please read the posts before you reply. It's been stated several times why this wont work in this particular situation.
