Glad's are only used as tanks right now because SE failed to follow the lore they created. Same with Nin. If i got extra damage by not equipping a shield everything would be hunky dory. I think its time they take another look at what they wrote.

And that means they they should completely abandon EVERYTHING that the game was about? Just because people voted for that doesnt mean everything that was written prior should be made invalid. Unless you want Conj to be made tanks, Gladiators to be made healers, and pugilists to to use jokes as a form of attack, Which would all be valid since all the rules will drasticly change right? While they're at it, Miqo'te can become a carnivorous race that rules over all the others, making them no more than mere food slaves.

Yes we want changes but only for the stuff that did not work. not for the stuff that was fun and reason why we picked a job or craft and ranked it for a year. That good stuff needs to stay.

I voted for it too, but for them to change things that would be very good and things that currently make a whole lot of sense would be very wrong.

See you are taking this to far they said they wanted to change the rules, before GLA wasn't intend to be just tank but the new rule now is that they are tanks

According to you, there is no such thing as too far, as we decided to have drastic changes to eorzia. Making Roegydn lobsters and carnivorous miqo'te are drastic changes you say you will accept. No one would want that to happen, but hey, we all allowed them the option of doing so.

Now, allowing gladiators to have increased weaponskill potency while not equipped with a shield is realistic. I see no reason to be against it.

Like is said if SE wants GLA to be tanks only it's their choice cause ppl voted for change
