Ps3 to Ps4 I screwed up

Alright so back in february I bought the ps3 version of FF: a realm reborn on my old PSN account but since then I made a new one which I use on the ps4. When I saw the promotion to get the game upgrade for free I did it with my new one forgetting that I had not bought the game with that one. I redeemed the code and downloaded the game everything was fine until I started the app. After the version checkup the game asks me to register my game with the promotion code in the package.

After that remembering my old PSN I tried starting the game with this one instead. I could get farther then but after I tried logging in with my square account it asked me the same thing as before : to register with the promotion code.

I would really like to play on my new ps4 account. Is there a way to fix this? I sent a ticket to square support but never had an awnser.

EDIT : I also notice that a FFARR service appears in the services section on the ps4 for the old account but not on the new one.
