Fantasia in desired quantities (21 October?)

I'm a bit confused right now, so with this new Fantasia Potion, if I say buy 3. Does every Character I make will get 3 too? Or does the Character have to already exist to get it?

If this is true, then the $10 Fantasia finally is worth it and doesn't seam so over price.

No wait, you will specify the amout of Fantasia you're going to buy and, I guess, you have them on all your characters like it happens now (for example, my alt has 10 fantasia on hand right now).

What we have now:
You buy a fixed amount of Fantasia as a bonus item and every character on the account get it (like with all the other bonus items)

What we get:
The actual option get removed and you buy a desired amount of Fantasia for a specific character. It would not count as a bonus item, you can buy many as you want (what people here wanted), not all characters get it .

If you want Fantasia as bonus items for the whole account, better to buy them now before it get changed
