The title says it all. Unfortunately, the Squenix website is too damned cumbersome to navigate, and so now I find myself unable to reactivate my account. AND I DON'T WANT TO USE MY STEAM WALLET TO PAY!!!! I have Crysta left over from my last payment-go-round and I want to use that, but I'm not given the option. You might suggest I contact Square personally, but that doesn't seem to be an option. Please help me before I give up on this company. (I really don't want to quit such a wonderful game just because of poor
customer support.)
