I'm wondering what the stats are on the Nexus if you max DET/PIE on the Novus. I'm still not sure what I'll be putting the extra 11 points into but I'm leaning towards crit currently.
Just wondering how many extra points each one gets.

I'm working on my own novus as a side-job right now. Like yours I'm working on Determination and Piety. Aside from that I'm putting in some extra points into accuracy. Accuracy?! Yes, accuracy.
Spell speed is not even a stat worth mentioning and crit, while it has it's merits for healing, doesn't outweigh the utility accuracy it could provide me. However, prefering accuracy over critical hit rate (or even, yuck, spell speed) is totally up to you. Critical Hit Rate increases your average HPS slightly with a small increase in critical heals. Accuracy would allow me to off-dps a bit more during moments when healing is not necessary at that point. Even when not casting Stone (II) or Aero (II), Fluid Aura benefits from it. Fluid Aura is an off-GCD ability with 150 potency. Free damage, so why not? It also proved to be rather useful during golem phases in SCOB Turn 4 (also known as Turn 9). However, if you're not the type that would spam Fluid Aura whenever possible or even consider casting damaging spells at all: Crit is probably the better option.

The problem with ACC on the novus is that 11 points isn't going to make any difference. Even forgoing one of the better stat choices and Maxing ACC you can still only get to 442 ACC which is still 9 points under the cap for T6 and 28 points under the cap for T9. (and Even more for T10+). The 11 points would only put you at 416 ACC and I honestly doubt the jump from 405 to 416 is going to mean you can now beat the turns you couldn't.
Unless your replacing your i110 gear with i90 max melded gear you won't hit the ACC cap as a healer. Even with Food you can only hit 464 with i110 healer gear.
Given that I'd rather have better heals (since you know its your job) and slightly better damage. If putting the 11 acc on the Novus was going to bring to the needed for 100% then yes it would be a no brainer but it wont.
But that is not the question I was asking. I wanted to know what the stats on a Novus with max DET/PIE become when it becomes a Nexus.

Ugh, stupid names are too similar to notice the differences when reading too quickly. My apologies. About the question on hand, I have no solid proof myself. But Ariyala claims you can get +1 determination and piety more when it changes into a nexus (3 points extra total)
On the off-topic issue concerning the remaining 11 stats: Healer novus weapons get a free +9 accuracy out of nowhere (Thank you Yoshi P!). Well, according to the ingame info and Ariyala anyways - I'm comfortably going at a 2/infusions a day with 44 remaining. So the +11 accuracy you put into the scroll would actually result into +20 in the end. Difference compared to other i110 gear is still only 11, however.
If you max piety/determination when you get nexus it'll be 35 piety, and 32 determination.
