    I'm trying to play FFXIV in it keeps saying I have to buy it from the PlayStation store or use the product code in I use the code in it still say the same thing. What do I need to do? Plz help

    Is your Ps4 updated ?
    Check your downloads , game might already be in there....I bought it , twice.....called psn issue resolved tho...

    Restart your Console and try it again.

    Are you using the right code ?

    DISC version might be better if accessible to you !
