Except two of the three minuses are done under poor reasoning.
You shouldn't be able to skip trash mobs in dungeons, as they are placed in part for the sake of pacing. Multi/group pulls is one thing, since those require you having a certain level of gear to pull it off (an ilvl55 tank is not going to be mass pulling in AK, for example). The devs have changed dungeons in the past where it was possible to skip trash for this very reason (Wanderer's Palace, Amdapor Keep, Haukke Manor during beta).
As for the other point:
Because that would be stupidly difficult to balance and creates divides within jobs (not to mention the inevitable drama of build X versus build Y). The devs so far have dodged most of the downfalls of class design. Asking for something that would create nothing but trouble for the sake of a handful that want to be unique snowflakes makes little to no sense.Skills & actions : playing next to a guy who is exactly like me and have the same style, no one like it ,why not to make it like 60 or 70 actions and he can pick 30 only with approche gives him different style.
