for the cutscencs and voice acting I think they are not important as much as other things cus it's online game and not story game .

Its a Final Fantasy game nonetheless. It does have a great storyline. Why are you thinking that the game can't have all these things just because it's online? I just think it's funny you leave it out and say it's not important and yet list things like weather and minions.
Just give it a try, you really are missing out.

There are things I disagree with OP:
I think there is not enough gear to chose from. I don't mean looks, I mean stats. Some of the soldery pieces are not worth the tomes, nor the oil/sand. But still you "need" them if you want to achieve certain skill goals for endgame encounters.
The monster distibution is fine. Apart from spots like sylphland, where EVERYTHING agros you and EVERYTHING has the ability to weight you down or paralyze you :| (I liked the1.0 monster distibution a TINY bit better, headless running around was a nono back than)

I dont think the character creation has to few points to chose from generally .... well apart from hairstyles that is.
The skills? I would like to have a diversity, not sure if I would increase the general amount though.

If you could skip all the trash and just kill the bosses...why not make 5 minute dungeons that are just 3 bosses...
The number of abilities is fine right now. We're only at level 50 with an impending cap increase (expansion). Also giving you a library of abilities and a limited number of slots as you suggested...SOUNDS good...but then you're just pigeonholed by the "best" ability loadout (see FFXI's Blue Mage and "x spell or GTFO") as determined by the min/maxers.

Also, Triple Triad is coming with the Golden Saucer. Possibly in 2.45.

A card game come with Golden Saucer, but it can be a complete new card game.

I like the OP's listing.
Not comprehensive, but it doesn't need to be.

I do agree, more skills and abilities would make for alternate rotations that would likely end up adding some nice depth and diversity to the game.
We're not all new players!
We won't get stressed by having 5 more skills that are acceptable tradeoffs for one another!

For an MMO it's pretty darn good. As a game in general? Yes it does pale in comparison to a lot of other games. But in the MMO genre there tends to not be much focus on story, whereas they do try to do so in FF14 (Cause, you know, Final Fantasy. No don't go throwing the FF13 thing at me >.>).
