    Get traces to the IP your client connects to...it may show you if/where your route is becoming unstable. Forward them to your ISP's tier 3 support for analysis...they are the ones with the resources and the responsibility to maintain reliable routing for you.

    If all that is out of your comfort zone, you can forward the lobby server names for them to work with... If their tier 3 guys are worth their salary the can and should be able to clean things up for you considerably.
