Unable to register retainers

So I read the sticky above, thing is I don't know if I'm getting a 401 error or not, so I'll post here see what happens. I did though try their suggestions already in it and if I have to will open a ticket with S.E.

Last Saturday ago my subscription to the game ended, I had to renew it. I also got a new credit card, I used the new credit card to update my automatic renewal and was able to log in.

My retainer though had her contact cancelled. So I went to mog station, retainer services and tried to get the retainer paid for. When trying to pay I get a sad Moogle saying unable to verify please make sure your credit card information is right.

I go in and make sure it's okay, unregistered / registered. It says the update was successful. So I go back to mog station, try again..got error. I didn't have time to get back to it until Monday, so Saturday - Sunday and most of Monday I didn't try to re-sub my retainer.

Monday night tried again..got error. Today, called bank they aren't blocking and everything is fine. So SE account management takes my CC just fine..but Mog Station won't.
