    How to add launcher to desktop?

    So Ive installed the game, originally selected to add the launcher to desktop, at some points its disappeared and Im dont know how to get it back.

    In the folder where you installed the game, go to the boot directory, look for a file called ffxivboot.exe. Then right-click on it and select "create shortcut". Move the shortcut you created to your desktop, rename it to whatever you like and you're done.
