playstation login error [NP-36147-1]

hello all,

i tried to start up my game today, and i got this error
[NP-36147-] i can only select OK then i have to close the game. even after several tries, i getting the same error over and over again.

i bought the collectors eddition, i played for 1,5 month, never had these issues before, and now this happened, i filed a ticked, but i cant get support from SE till monday, can someone please tell me if this is a known error and if so, how to resolve it ?

Been getting it for 3 hours now. Can find anything official but I'm guessing PSN is down.... Yet again.

I have the same error, rebooted a couple of times. Still the same error message.

Is there emergency maintenance or something of that nature?

I just logged out to switch characters and got the same msg on PS4.

I've been getting the same code NP-36147-1 since 6:30am. I went on the PSN website and log on and checked the forums. It looks like sony is doing early maintenance again. A lot of people are getting the same error

Same thing happening to me. I played last night with no problems, until midnight and now first thing this morning, i can't play? No scheduled maintenance, as far as I know...Perhaps the Ebola virus has now invaded our electronics. (is my joke coming too soon?)

I'm able to log into other services on the PS4 including downloading patches for other games and the friends section is working. I may be wrong, but it looks to be solely FFXIV that is having trouble.

Same thing and as far as I know there's no scheduled maintenance, the rest of PSN is working fine other games work. It must be on the FF side of things

Judging by what's going on in the Sony forums, it looks like part of PSN is down for emergency maintenance. People are complaining saying there PS+ memberships are expired even though they're not.
