Phase transitions making people panic are the kicker with this fight and many others. If you DO manage to get past divebombs, tell people very quickly or pre-emptively that after Aetherial Profusion, start spreading the heck out! I've seen so many Duty Finder and Party Finder parties make it past the hard part of the fight, Divebombs, and then completely blow up when Twisters happen because their characters almost quite literally freeze. As always, a dead DPS does 0 damage; pay attention to mechanics.

I have every move of that fight that people need to know about (except Fireballs & Conflags) macro'd and people still manage to wipe to it in Duty Finder. Kinda impressive really. "Aetherial Profusion! Go ahead and get in a Neurolink and then get ready for a Twister very soon after!" "Twister! You should be moving right now! Don't go back to where any Twister has spawned" followed by 3...2...1... healer or DPS blows everyone up, then a wipe within 15 seconds. Every freaking time.

I find that some people try to read what is said in chat and mess up mechanics, or get very excited when people are talking about mechanics, so I avoid talking about it during the fight.
