    Supportive Healer
    Weapon: Flutes, these aether-attuned flutes allow the user's songs to effect others in a literal sense.
    Auto-Attack: Ranged Pierce damage, uses Intelligence instead of Strength or Dexterity
    Armor: Clothing
    Limit Break: Healer
    Important Stats: Mind for healing, Intelligence for DPS, and MP for skill-casting cost.

    I know what everyone is thinking: "Don't we already have Bard as our Musical-Fighter?". And you are correct, Bards are our Musical-Fighters. Fighter. While Bard currently focuses more on Archery with a sprinkling of support, this class would focus more on healing and supporting.
    I also think this will appeal to the small minority who wanted Bard to have a more supportive-less-archery-based role (which I am a part of) but not alienate those who like Bard the way it is now.

    Muse [MUS]
    Musician who march into battle, playing music on aether-attuned instruments to rise their allies' morale.

    Backstory
    Guild Location: Old Gridania
    Guild Master: Marcheterre Agache, the son of two decorated, Twin-Adder Sergeants who wants to prove himself and his craft. What crazy schemes will he drag you into to try to achieve this?

    Skills and Mechanics
    Casting
    Muses can move while "casting" their songs (and only their songs) but their movement is slowed down by 50%.

    Tempo
    Using the ability "Elemental's Tempo", the Muse can attune themself to an element and effect several of their songs with it.
    -Elemental's Tempo: Places a Tempo buff on the user. Using this ability multiple times will change what element is is using. The rotation goes Fire, Water, Lightning, Earth, Wind, Ice, and back to Fire. Instant cast time. 1 second recast but changes to 60 when Elemental's Carole, Threnody or Etude is used.

    Songs effected by Tempos
    - Elemental's Carole: A group healing spell that changes its effect based on what Tempo the user has. 2.5 second cast time. 30 second recast.
    • Fire: Heals all party members with in 15 yalms of the user and places a barrier on them that will damage any foe that physically strikes them with an attack or skill for 20 seconds. Potency of 100.
    • Water: Heals all party members with in 15 yalms of the user and places a Regen-like effect on them for 30 seconds. Potency of 150 for the heal and 100 for the Regen.
    • Lightning: Heals all party members with in 15 yalms of the user and places a barrier on them that will absorb damage equal to the amount of HP restored. Potency of 100.
    • Earth: Heals all party members with in a 5 yalm of the user and places a barrier on them that absorbs the next removable detrimental debuff placed on them. Potency of 200.
    • Wind: Heals all party members with in 15 yalms of the user. Potency of 300.
    • Ice: Heals all party members with in 10 yalms of the user and places a barrier on them that will absorb damage and convert it into a percentage of MP for 10 seconds (Damage x 0.01= MP%). Potency of 100.

    - Elemental's Threnody: A debuff spell that changes depending on the user's Tempo, effecting foes continuously for 10 seconds. Only one Threnody can be up at a time, any new one will replace the old. 2.5 second cast time. 20 second recast.
    • Fire: Decreases the Slash damage of all foes with in 10 yalms of the user by 10%.
    • Water: When ever a foe damages a friendly unit (Player, Pet, NPC) that is with in 10 yalms of the caster, that unit will recover 5% of said damage.
    • Lightning: Decreases the Pierce damage of all foes with in 10 yalms of the user by 10%.
    • Earth: Decreases the Blunt damage of all foes with in 10 yalms of the user by 10%.
    • Wind: Decreases the Accuracy of all foes with in 20 yalms of the user by 15%.
    • Ice: Places a Heavy effect on all foes with in 20 yalms of the user.

    - Elemental's Etude: A support spell that changes depending on the user's Tempo. 2.5 second cast time. 15 second recast.
    • Fire: Increases the party's Physical Damage by 10% for 20 seconds.
    • Water: Increases the party's Healing potency by 20% for 10 seconds.
    • Lightning: Increases the party's Critical Rate by 15% for 10 seconds.
    • Earth: Reduces Physical Damage the party receives by 5% for 10 seconds.
    • Wind: Increases the party's Evasion by 10% for 20 seconds.
    • Ice: Increases the party's Magical Damage by 10% for 20 seconds.

    Healing/Supportive Songs
    - Healing Harmony: Heals a selected target. Potency of 400. 2 second cast time. 2.5 second recast.
    - Angel's Song: Continuously heals the HP of all party members with in 15 yalms of the caster but drains the caster's MP in the process. Potency of 100. 2.5 second cast time. 2.5 second recast.
    - Sentinel's Scherzo: Heals all party members with in 15 yalms of the caster and decreases damage done onto them by 5% for 10 seconds. Potency of 150. 3 second cast time. 60 second recast.
    - Life's Anthem: Places a Regen-like effect on all party members with in 15 yalms of the caster for 30 seconds. Potency of 150. 2.5 second cast time. 2.5 second recast.
    - Hydaelyn's Hymnus: Resurrects a fallen character to weakened condition. This can be used in battle without a trait. 8 second cast time. 2.5 second recast.
    - Herbal Pastoral: Removes one detrimental effect from a selected target. 1 second cast time. 2.5 second recast.

    Offensive Songs
    - Hero's Rime: Damages a selected target. Potency of 140. 2.5 second cast time. 2.5 second recast.
    - Dark Requiem: Places a DoT on a selected target for 18 seconds. Potency of 40. Instant cast time. 2.5 second recast.
    - Battle Cry: Damages a selected target and places a DoT on them for 18 seconds. Potency of 60 for the spell, 25 for the DoT. 2.5 second cast time. 2.5 second recast.
    - Devil's Oratorio: Damages all foes with in 5 yalms of the caster. Potency of 100. 2.5 second cast time. 2.5 second recast.

    Other Songs and Skills
    - Adventurer's Dirge: Reduces the amount of Enmity a target has by 10%. 2.5 second cast time. 10 second recast.
    - Foe's Lullaby: Places all foes with in 5 yalms of the caster to Sleep for 30 seconds. 2.5 second cast time. 3 second recast.
    - Virtuoso: Add 25% more time to the next song the user casts (rounds upward, to the nearest second) but doubles its cast time. Instant cast time. 60 second recast.

    30. Advancing March: Increases the Skill Speed and Magic Speed of party members with in 20 yalms of the caster by 30% for 20 seconds. 2.5 second cast time. 50 second recast.
    Additional Effect: Advancing March + Bard's Swiftsong: When in battle, Swiftsong's effect will not end until Advancing March's does.
    35. Magick Ballad: Places a Refresh-like effect on any party member with in 20 yalms of the caster for 10 seconds. 2.5 second cast time. 180 second recast.
    40. Valor Minuet: Increases the Physical Damage done by the party members with in 20 yalms of the caster by 10% for 20 seconds. 2.5 second cast time. 50 second recast.
    Additional Effect: Valor Minuet + Bard's Army Paeon: The affected will recover double the amount of TP.
    45. Pianissimo: Turns the next AoE song (other then Elemental Carole and Angel's Song) the user casts into a single target spell, doubling its healing potency, extending any buffing effect by 25%, and doubles its cast time. Instant cast time. 120 second recast.
    50. Nameless Finale: Lowers the Attack Damage of a selected target and any enemy with in 5 yalms of them by 10% for 20 seconds. 3 second cast time. 120 second recast.

    Neat idea except scrap resistance buffing.

    Would make it a practical requirement on new Primal releases.

    That's why I paired the Resistance buffing with adding Elemental Properties to attacks and physical skills.

    I like the idea, overall.

    Can already tell you, this thing would have several useless skills and balance needed.

    Lightning Tempo is useless.
    Rez ability is unbalanced, unless they're replacing a healer.
    Sleep ability needs a little balancing.

    And the concept of adding elements, while it would be awesome, is sadly inapplicable to this game's combat system.
    But those points aside, good Imagineering.
    Keep it up, hopefully some of your ideas inspire a designer!
