I know what everyone is thinking: "Don't we already have Bard as our Musical-Fighter?". And you are correct, Bards are our Musical-Fighters. Fighter. While Bard currently focuses more on Archery with a sprinkling of support, this class would focus more on healing and supporting.
I also think this will appeal to the small minority who wanted Bard to have a more supportive-less-archery-based role (which I am a part of) but not alienate those who like Bard the way it is now.

Skills and Mechanics
Casting
Muses can move while "casting" their songs (and only their songs) but their movement is slowed down by 50%.
Tempo
Using the ability "Elemental's Tempo", the Muse can attune themself to an element and effect several of their songs with it.
-Elemental's Tempo: Places a Tempo buff on the user. Using this ability multiple times will change what element is is using. The rotation goes Fire, Water, Lightning, Earth, Wind, Ice, and back to Fire. Instant cast time. 1 second recast but changes to 60 when Elemental's Carole, Threnody or Etude is used.
Songs effected by Tempos
- Elemental's Carole: A group healing spell that changes its effect based on what Tempo the user has. 2.5 second cast time. 30 second recast.
• Fire: Heals all party members with in 15 yalms of the user and places a barrier on them that will damage any foe that physically strikes them with an attack or skill for 20 seconds. Potency of 100.
• Water: Heals all party members with in 15 yalms of the user and places a Regen-like effect on them for 30 seconds. Potency of 150 for the heal and 100 for the Regen.
• Lightning: Heals all party members with in 15 yalms of the user and places a barrier on them that will absorb damage equal to the amount of HP restored. Potency of 100.
• Earth: Heals all party members with in a 5 yalm of the user and places a barrier on them that absorbs the next removable detrimental debuff placed on them. Potency of 200.
• Wind: Heals all party members with in 15 yalms of the user. Potency of 300.
• Ice: Heals all party members with in 10 yalms of the user and places a barrier on them that will absorb damage and convert it into a percentage of MP for 10 seconds (Damage x 0.01= MP%). Potency of 100.
- Elemental's Threnody: A debuff spell that changes depending on the user's Tempo, effecting foes continuously for 10 seconds. Only one Threnody can be up at a time, any new one will replace the old. 2.5 second cast time. 20 second recast.
• Fire: Decreases the Slash damage of all foes with in 10 yalms of the user by 10%.
• Water: When ever a foe damages a friendly unit (Player, Pet, NPC) that is with in 10 yalms of the caster, that unit will recover 5% of said damage.
• Lightning: Decreases the Pierce damage of all foes with in 10 yalms of the user by 10%.
• Earth: Decreases the Blunt damage of all foes with in 10 yalms of the user by 10%.
• Wind: Decreases the Accuracy of all foes with in 20 yalms of the user by 15%.
• Ice: Places a Heavy effect on all foes with in 20 yalms of the user.
- Elemental's Etude: A support spell that changes depending on the user's Tempo. 2.5 second cast time. 15 second recast.
• Fire: Increases the party's Physical Damage by 10% for 20 seconds.
• Water: Increases the party's Healing potency by 20% for 10 seconds.
• Lightning: Increases the party's Critical Rate by 15% for 10 seconds.
• Earth: Reduces Physical Damage the party receives by 5% for 10 seconds.
• Wind: Increases the party's Evasion by 10% for 20 seconds.

- Hydaelyn's Hymnus: Resurrects a fallen character to weakened condition. This can be used in battle without a trait. 8 second cast time. 2.5 second recast.
