playing as male or a female character in game

Male gamer who playes both genders. For me it realy depends on which gender looks better on a certain race. So when playing a Lalafell, I prefer males, because they are more adorable, imo. But when playing Au Ra, I prefer to play females, because they have a better body, then the male one, imo.

in this game i play a female character but usually in mmos i play male characters. depends on my mood, i guess. i'm still considering using a fantasia to go male. maybe.

I'm a female playing a male character because it feels alot more comfortable and easier to get into the game as such! I find playing a female character, I just lose interest in a heartbeat.

Lol, that's pretty much how I feel. Unless a game forces me to, I will always choose the Female Lead or Female Character. Partly to blame at the time of my very early childhood (Sailor Moon <3), I would watch alot of Tv shows with Female Leads. Also cuz I learned very early that Females get the better treatment and love than Males. >.>

I project myself into my character into the perfect form in my mind so I play a Male mainly, burly male for tanking, midget/slender male for caster and healer.

Also when a guy with a deep voice play a female character especially kitties and potatoes I deeply cringe, it is wrong in every possible way.

What is creep is that some player find it weird to not play the same sexe we are irl. It means they look at other players with an "interested eye". And that's freaking creepy on a video game.

Seriously... you just want to advance in the game content, and some guys who play with you are wondering if you're "fuckable".

I'm male and usually play male characters. FFXIV is kinda the exception, but I just really liked the look of the miqo'te girls. 'Was so happy with the character I made in beta p3 that I didn't change anything until just a few weeks ago, and that was just an aesthetician visit.
