Steps:
1. Achieved "Bump on a Log: Pugilist" before it granted item
2. The achievement was updated to reward a ring for it's respected class, in this case "Master Pugilist's Ring"
3. Did not receive ring
4. Checked the Calamity Salvager just to make sure

there is a NPC you need to talk to in old gridania
always the same guy for pretty much every items from achievement
he is near the NPC for the summoner quests
forgot his name though...
