Returning player = looking for RP on EU servers

I'm returning to ARR with the aim of re-rolling my previous character and starting afresh. Currently trying to pick an EU server that has an RP community but it's trickier than you think (from the outside looking in to the game, that is!).

What's the population like on the server?

Is there an RP community?

Do you 'walk past' RP in the open world or do you have to look to find it?

Any help would be hugely appreciated!

tbh I noticed some ppl yet who try to find a RP FC on Shiva - without success. of course there are some RP-players on this server, mostly to find at the wolve den.
but there's not so much focus on RP here in my opinion, the big RP fc's are almost dead.
But i also think there are some ppl who would like to start a new RP community on Shiva, so if you want to try, I'm sure you will find some like-minded ppl here
