New dyes not sellable

So I logged in after seeing the patch notes, hyped about new dyes, and the possibility to maybe make some quick cash. Send my retainers out on ventures and keep my fingers crossed. My i93 Lancer one strikes pay dirt, and comes back with 2 pots of pure white dye!! I go to sell it.. and boom, brick wall, can't be sold on the market board. I ask a friend to see if I can maybe trade it and sell it through Party finder, but alas, i get shafted again. Why is this a thing.. its JUST dye, why is it untradeable and unsellable? I know its supposed to be rare, but why make it this way.. yeah I can use the dyes myself, but really? I know I'm not the only one out there thats bumped into this.

Personally, I'm glad. I'm sick of ridiculously priced Vanity items.

This really depends on your server. Balmung doesn't have a shortage of people who can and are willign to make/get the new vanity gear. Of course some stuff is more rare, but that's where the price goes up. Looking at you Cul desynth items!!

Dye something sellable, sell it. Or like I've seen someone do, put up a PF offering to dye something tradeable for a fee.

I shouldn't have to do this.. I have a million other things to do besides sit in town and list a party finder to vend some dye. Nexus, coil, FC help, ninja prep. That's just in-game stuff, not even related to IRL things.

uhm... since dyeing doesn't bound the gear, this is even more of a seller's paradise...
It's beyond me that they put such a restriction that's bypassed so easily - they just LOVE useless borders

This is a useless border. The dyes are rare, and will be used often. The price won't depreciate for a while until people get their fill. but like I said before, why are there borders to begin with?

Feel Free to keep posting, I'm kind of trying to maybe get a dev responce on this, since it is really silly in my eyes.
